Accounts Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the daily booking of sales, purchases, and expenses entries
2. Maintain physical & digital records of sales, purchases, and journal vouchers
3. Prepare daily sales, purchase & margin reports and highlight supervisors on variances
4. Prepare and share MIS on profitability across units, categories, locations & products
5. Trace & tally transaction documents and follow up with concerned parties to reconcile
6. Validate & approve stock dump post verification with the right justification
7. Prepare creditors' & debtors' aging reports, follow up, and expedite cases, if required
8. Complete bill-to-bill ledger reconciliation for routine audit & compliances purposes
9. Maintain records of stocks & assets across all cost centers with physical verification
10. Ensure timely entries & approvals from authorizers on all payments
11. Verify entries related to interest, taxes & charges with timely submission for approvals
12. Coordinate directly with all internal/external parties for timely & accurate bills
13. Coordinate with banks & other service providers for banking & transaction activities
