Accounts Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Pass day-to-day bank, cash, payment, receipt, etc. entries in Tally and maintain Excel summary for the same
2. Prepare monthly BRC statements of the bank
3. See day-to-day expenses and make vouchers for approvals
4. Pass petty cash entries
5. Work on Excel and Tally
6. Prepare letters, reply to emails, and communicate with clients
7. Manage statutory payments like TDS, GST, and filling of returns
8. Read and respond to emails and letters and phone calls
9. Communicate politely but firmly with clients, vendors, suppliers, and business partners/associates
10. Work on obtaining and comparing quotations in Excel of suppliers and vendors and present them to directors/ accounts team

Who can apply:

1. Minimum graduate degree in any stream
2. Minimum 1-2 years experience
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Good computer skills in Tally
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
6. Willing to multi-task and is flexible and willing to learn
