Accounts Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
2. Organize and maintain files and records
3. Coordinate with CA s office and tax department for necessities
4. Keep a track record of AMC agreements, renewals, etc.
5. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
6. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
7. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
8. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
9. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
10. Coordinate and complete annual audits
11. Collaborate with the other department managers to support overall company goals and objectives
12. Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures
13. Meet financial accounting objectives
