Accounts Internship (Part time)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
2. Process bank deposits
3. Work to reconcile financial statements
4. Prepare, send and store invoices
5. Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
6. Submit tax forms
7. Identify and address discrepancies
8. Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
9. Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets

Skills and other requirements:

1. Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
2. Hands-on experience or knowledge about accounting software especially Zoho books
3. Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
4. Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
5. Good organizational and time-management abilities
6. Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or a relevant field
