About part time job/internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Preparing and issuing of invoices for billing purposes
2. Liaising with customers on billing issues
3. Data entry in Tally
4. Preparing and monitor payroll
5. Handling petty cash & cheque vouchers
6. Preparing RTGS & NEFT for fund transfer
7. Handling bank correspondence, bank reconciliation, and other bank-related work
8. Vendor payments and vendor management
9. Billing- invoice raising and sending to clients
10. Managing cash flows, accounts receivables, and payables
11. Ensuring timely payment to suppliers and managing advance payments
12. Preparing bank reconciliations and maintaining formal relations with company bank(s)
13. Evaluating and reducing company operating expenses and optimize annual spend
14. Monitoring customer credibility and ensuring minimal bad debts and payment default
15. Liasoning with company CA and CSA and support as required for filing statutory requirements
16. Maintaining the code of ethics in company dealings and ensuring confidentiality
17. Preparing regular MIS reports for management
18. Working on all local taxes such as TDS, GST, etc.

Who can apply:

  2. can start the part time job/internship between 16th Apr'19 and 21st May'19
  3. are available for duration of 6 months
  4. are from Hyderabad and neighboring cities
  5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements:
  1. Confident, well-organized, proactive and with a positive attitude
  2. Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  3. Self-motivated, responsible and possess sound work ethics
  4. Good email writing skills
  5. Knowledge of MS Office, Tally Accounting Package, and computer proficiency (mandatory)
