We are looking for a motivated and committed Acting Intern who can help build a career in the entertainment industry. As an intern for the Kshitiksha Foundation, you will have the chance to not only explore and gain insight into the foundations of the performing arts but also have the opportunity to use your English and Hindi language proficiency (spoken) to make an impact on the lives of people in our community.

We are looking for someone with a passion for the arts, a creative thinker, and an outgoing personality. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is open to new ideas and approaches.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in program production and development
2. Provide support in coordinating and planning events
3. Execute daily tasks for the foundation
4. Liaise and attend meetings with the team members
5. Assist in budget control and ensure cost-effectiveness
6. Create and manage databases for tracking program and event outcomes
