About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Answer incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
2. Deal with email inquiries
3. Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
4. Data entry (sales figures, property listings, etc.)
5. General office management such as ordering the stationery
6. Organize travel and accommodation for staff and customers
7. Arrange both internal and external events
8. Provide administration support to sales reps, property managers and senior management
