Administration Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the accounts payable function and ensure that invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner
2. Match invoices to purchase orders, obtain necessary approvals, and enter invoices into the accounting system
3. Review client statements and reconcile accounts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of payments to be received
4. Manage the HR payroll function including processing employee payroll and benefits payments accurately and in a timely manner
5. Verify employee time sheets and input them into the payroll system
6. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
7. Maintain accurate employee records and update payroll and HR systems accordingly
8. Assist with other accounting and HR functions as needed
