About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling end to end tracking of ombudsman complaints
2. Acknowledging the complainant, tracking cases as per the SLA, and following up with internal stakeholders for closure
3. Acknowledging the complainant, tracking cases as per the SLA, and following up with internal stakeholders for closure
4. Assisting IBG head in daily administrative support which also includes travel and logistics during travel time
5. Managing analytics and presentation of corporate ombudsman cases on a fortnightly basis
6. Handling end to end tracking of the data protection complaints tracker
7. Handling SPROC system to ensure timely payment to the vendor
8. Learning and working on goals/knowledge enhancement via Tech Mahindra learning schedules
9. Ensuring monthly emailers on ombudsman awareness are sent across
10. Working on internal audit function coordination (including planning of audit visits and scheduling meetings) at least one week before date of visit
11. Updating server on EY audit papers, dashboards, and reports on a real-time basis
