Administrative Assistance Internship (Part time/Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operations of the office
2. Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors
3. Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
4. Support the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
5. Provide information by answering questions and requests

Skills:

1. Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
2. Photoshop/Canva skills
3. Managing processes, organizations, analyzing information, and professionalism
4. Problem-solving
5. Supply management and verbal communication
6. Education and experience requirements - high school diploma or equivalent education required
7. Knowledge of appropriate software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva/Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
8. Have a valid Aadhar card and PAN card
