1. BSc/MSc - Agriculture, horticulture or agricultural economics or MBA

2. Attention to detail, effective time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines

3. Good command of digital platforms/social media, M.S Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

4. Fluency in both oral and written communication in Marathi

5. Added benefit if fluent in Hindi and English
