Only those candidates can apply who:

1. Excellent in fundamentals of aerospace/aeronautical engineer
2. Good exposure and understanding of engineering physics and mathematics
3. Intermediate/Beginner in programming using MATLAB
4. Good in problem-solving strategies
5. Sub System-level thinking and problem-solving approach
6. Able to work as a part of a team
7. Discipline, punctuality, and hard work will be considered as the most desired feature of candidates
8. Flexible to work with start-ups
