About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Forge strategic alliances with retailers and merchants across multiple categories (shopping, travel, wellness, entertainment, e-commerce, etc.)
2. Source merchant-funded deals and offers and working closely with merchants to increase transactions/redemptions - related metrics
3. Forge deep relationships with multiple stakeholders across marquee partner accounts and driving revenue
4. Work on key account management and timely delivery to maximize customer delight
5. Handle customer & client complaints, set up a redressal process to minimize escalations, and increase customer NPS
6. Gather the right data and establish an analytics framework to guide business decisions
