About the internship
Do you have a strong financial mind and a desire to be at the forefront of exciting deals?
We are seeking a highly motivated student to join our growing team as an Analyst - Investment Banking. In this role, you will gain invaluable experience working alongside senior professionals on a variety of transactions.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Prepare teasers, pitch books, and information memorandums to present investment opportunities to potential investors, buyers, partners, and funding institutions.
2. Develop and maintain financial models to analyze companies and transactions.
3. Conduct market research and industry analysis to stay current on trends and valuations.
4. Coordinate with clients to gather necessary data for transactions.
5. Assist senior professionals with transaction origination, credit analysis, and distribution with private equity, NBFC, and banking partners.
6. Perform due diligence tasks, including research, analysis, and documentation of ongoing transactions.
