1. Basic understanding of OOPS concept
2. Good knowledge of Java/Android, to code in Android Studio
3. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs
4. Good skills in Android UI/UX
5. Familiar working with Github/Gitlab/Bitbucket, etc.
6. In-depth knowledge of Android UI elements and front-end development and can't wait to apply it and see it in action
7. Adept understanding of Java or Kotlin programming language at an advanced level
8. Is self-directed with a high degree of conscientiousness, taking responsibility for one's tasks and being accountable
9. Has a positive mindset and can take on challenging programming assignments
10. Can interact proactively, communicate effectively, and build rapport with colleagues (devs) and project lead
11. Has intellectual curiosity to learn and grow
12. Shares knowledge with others
13. Is receptive of guidance, mentorship
14. Is on time, respects people's time, even with the completion of project tasks
