1. Create highly engaging 2D animation, stop frame/stop motion animation, 3D animation for a diverse array of media while adhering to deadlines
2. Convert stories and briefs into animation videos, movies and clippings with appealing visuals and innovative animation effects
3. Prepare conceptual layouts, gifs, short videos, templates as company assets
4. Create original work with given brief under minimum supervision using a thorough approach to work in a fast paced environment
5. Select appropriate audio, graphics and animation styles based on understanding brand aesthetics and design philosophies
6. Keep abreast of advancements in animation as well as new technologies and techniques of the latest trends in production design to deliver high-quality work
7. Work closely with the design team to create assets for branding, promotions, advertisement, offline & online marketing, weddings, events, products etc.
8. Research and catalogue an archive of daily inspirations, trend analysis, fonts, references etc.
