We are looking for an application support engineer who is responsible for managing the resolution of application and system issues that arise across a business who has business skills and technical IT knowledge.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Operating systems, devices, applications and software
2. Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
3. Assisting with systems integrations
4. Managing ticketed query system and ensuring a comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
5. Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
6. Identifying and resolving technical issues
7. Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
8. Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business
9. Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization s systems
10. Developing reports for teams across the business

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 300000 /year
