Application Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on being responsible for understanding various business needs and converting them into viable technology solutions
2. Support existing applications & new applications for Investec India
3. Implement new applications as needed and manage the entire SDLC process for applications
4. Create relevant functional and technical specifications created on the basis of user specifications
5. Understand basics of project management and create, track and implement detailed project plans and provide periodic updates to senior management
6. Automate multiple IT/business processes which can increase employee efficiency and improve control
7. Conduct user trainings for applications to increase usability and application adoption
8. Create business analytics/reports which can assist various teams/senior management
