Architect Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the development of design and construction documentation.
2. Visualizing design concepts in both 3D and 2D drawings for residential projects.
3. Working effectively within project teams and contributing to design discussions.

Requirements:

1. Candidates should have recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in architecture.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and V-Ray is essential.
3. Candidates should demonstrate a keen understanding of design principles.
4. Basic familiarity with relevant building codes and accessibility requirements is preferred.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
6. The ideal candidate should be sincere, dedicated, and able to adapt to the latest design trends and senior suggestions within time limits.
7. Willingness to travel and present design ideas as required.
8. Enthusiasm to learn about technical detailing for new construction and renovation projects is expected.
