About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prepare detailed architectural drawings basis the project details and client requirements, or build specifications, calculations, and sketches
2. Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed
3. Use CAD equipment and conventional drafting station to prepare drawings
4. Supervise and guide other drafts-persons as and when needed
5. Work with architects to ensure that the project is in accordance with design/ client specifications
6. Create freehand drawings and lettering to accompany drawings (as and when required)
7. Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs (if required)

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 28th May'20 and 2nd Jul'20

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Added requirements

1. Excellent drafting skills on AutoCAD/Autodesk Revit

2. Knowledge of 3d drawings on 3D MAX, Sketch-Up, etc, or other similar software would be an added advantage

3. Efficient architectural and interior design knowledge

4. Deep understanding of existing bye-laws and building codes

5. Graduation students pursuing architecture (3rd and 4th-year students can also apply)
