Fresko Innovation Labs Private Limited is a start-up aimed at developing a technology to resolve one of the world's biggest issues, food wastage. We aim at solving the problem by developing an artificially intelligent supply chain infrastructure. In a time when food security is a much talked about issue and there is so much being done by the international community to ensure food for all. One can imagine the potential loss of nutrients and vitamins in the food if it does not reach the end-user on time. This is another way of food waste. We believe in solving this issue with the help of artificial intelligence. We at Fresco Lab have a team of creative, curious, and resilient people who have a zeal to tackle this issue, and to deal with it we are developing a system to empower the world. So that the food that reaches everyone is at its optimum condition, it will help people choose what is healthy and fresh and thereby solving the world's biggest issue which is food waste.
