4. Organize travels from beginning to end through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation, confirming the bookings with oversea suppliers and online portals, issuing flight tickets, etc.
5. Work on providing up-to-date information on travel regulations, visa requirements, and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs, etc.)
