Associate Compliance Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prepare compliances list required as per transactions
2. Follow-up and monitor pre and post compliance and covenants periodically
3. Work on general compliance activities of the trustee transactions
4. Prepare and review various SEBI regulatory reports/submissions, internal processes/policies, and other documents and ensure compliance with the internal and external regulatory frameworks
5. Obtain and review quarterly compliance reports (QCR) for clients
6. Work on the timely registration of charges with ROC and CERSAI
7. Monitor security cover and issue consent/NOC/PARI PASSU letters when required
8. Work on obtaining and reviewing half-yearly certificates for listed issues
9. Track pending checklist documents and follow up for timely compliance
10. Review various due diligence reports from third parties such as valuation reports, CA certificates, etc.
11. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and professionals as applicable
