1. Contribute to project activities for SAP Success factors cloud projects and learn the SuccessFactors (SF) skill under the guidance of our Global SF Experts. Once trained, you will be able to provide HR system & HR process implementation and consulting services.
2. Attend on-the-job training of SAP success factors cloud software implementation conducted by Rolling Arrays SF Expert team
3. Learn to ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design and/or organization structure definition
4. Perform system configuration under the mentor's guidance
5. Learn to analyze customer s requirements and propose the best possible solution mapping possible within the product features
6. Work with project manager and solution teams
