About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Attend on-the-job training & learn to consult SAP SuccessFactors clients to ensure they adopt the full functionality of the system.
2. Learn to manage, track, and update clients project activities in terms of tickets, escalations, contract terms & renewals.
3. Get insights on how to monitor the projects, identify early warning signs for risk, and proactively address problems.
4. Learn to onboard clients on SAP resources like customer community, support portal learning hub, LaunchPad, etc.
5. Learn to identify and understand client/project needs, and how we can address them

Learn Business Communication

Learn Human Resource Management

4. have relevant skills and interests

Added requirements

1. Degree in business administration/human resource/management/commerce/arts with fluent written and spoken English language skills

2. Strong desire to make a career in HR advisory/ project management/project analysis

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

4. Prior internships/experience in HR Systems/HR Solutions/HR Function (recruitment, learning, compensation, talent management).

5. Should have personal laptop/desktop and stable internet connection for this internship
