2. Making frequent visits to our customers, maintaining a good relationship with customers
3. Discussing technicalities of projects with clients/end users, helping clients with SCADA projects
4. Providing after-sales support
5. Promoting WellinTech's product to various system integrator (SI) companies/system houses/end users
6. Managing all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
