Nikola Charging has its own cloud battery protection and EV analysis software. We have already built an in-house plug-and-play solution for the protocol's commands for standard BMS in the market. Our cloud has the capability to configure the BMS parameters remotely and can also use for vehicle telematics.
The software also allows for remote monitoring and diagnostics, which enables battery companies to troubleshoot problems with their batteries remotely, without the need for a physical inspection.
