About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitoring the robots
2. Assisting robot fleet managers
3. Maintaining the daily robot data, logs, etc.
4. Providing calling support for service engineers

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 7th Jun'21 and 12th Jul'21

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Candidates having a Bachelor's degree (except engineering and any Master's)/diploma/IT can apply

2. Should have basic computer skills (typing, Excel, Microsoft Word)

3. Should have good communication and verbal skills (English, Hindi, and regional languages)

4. Should have a typing speed of 40 words per minute

5. Should take end-to-end ownership and accountability of customer issues for resolution

6. Should not hesitate in seeking help, probing, and going the extra mile to solve customer issues

7. Should have the ability to make informed decisions (beyond structured setup) in a timely manner with an understanding of the decision outcome

8. Should be willing to work in the night shift
