1. Should be final year graduation student or have recently graduated out from a premier institution
2. Should have coding skills in Golang coupled with a strong base in object-oriented design, functional programming, and development
3. Should understand basic RESTful web services, data structures & algorithms, relational databases, and have a good working knowledge of SQL
4. Should have experience on any Golang web frameworks such as fasthttp, echo, chi, etc
5. Should have strong knowledge of object-oriented programming including the ability to apply design patterns
