Guruji Astro is an online platform for astrology and Kundli predictions from the best astrologers in India. Users can talk to astrologers on call or live chat. They can also opt for a complete annual astrological report or post a question on astrology. Astrology questions could be on any subject, from marriage and love life to career or health.
We are looking for a backend developer intern with an interest/understanding/experience in MongoDB and Node.js. The main focus of this position will be to write efficient and scalable code to support the company's web applications and services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software development concepts and practices.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and implement scalable, robust and secure backend systems using - MongoDB and Node.js
2. Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
3. Write clean, maintainable and efficient code
4. Debug, test and fix issues in the backend systems
5. Contribute to improving the overall architecture of the backend systems
6. Document the code and keep the documentation updated
Qualifications:
1. Pursuing/Completed a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field
2. Strong understanding of MongoDB and Node.js
3. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS and JavaScript
4. Understanding of software development concepts and practices
5. Ability to write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code
