Backend Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage incoming calls and client inquiries
2. Accurately document data into spreadsheets, and databases (ERP/CRM systems) and ensure the accuracy of inputs
3. Inform clients about company takeaways along with some new updates about offers, discounts, giveaways, etc
4. Collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them
5. Ensure data availability in a convenient manner
6. Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Experience 0-1 year experience
2. Contact existing as well as prospective clients
3. The candidate needs to be very fluent in English - should be able to converse properly and confidently with the required stakeholders
4. Only immediate joiners

Additional information:

1. Compensation a stipend will be provided
2. Role type 3 months internship
3. Job type work from the office regular office hours

5. Location Okhla phase III, New Delhi
6. Selection process - shortlisted candidate will be required to come to the HO in Delhi for the interview
