About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support the research analysis by developing pipelines, analysis strategies, and delivering on projects
2. Run statistical tests to determine significant findings using IBM SSPS/GraphPad Prism software
3. Use RStudio for additional analyses and data visualizations plots
4. Track sample metadata and master appropriate databases for dataset extraction
5. Provide bioinformatics support to the research team
6. Analyze next-generation sequencing
7. Prioritize and manage work effort to deliver data, results, and analyses in efficient and time appropriate fashion
