About the internship

As Blockchain/ DLT Developer Trainee, you will be doing the following:

1. Guiding and contributing to a project from requirements to testing lifecycle stages to deliver production-ready code
2. Working in Agile, short delivery cycles, continuous integration, test-driven Development environment
3. Implementing Proof of Concepts for identified technology areas
4. Working on Blockchain platform(s) and related programming languages, performance tuning, handling modularity and security
5. Believing in a systematic approach to developing the system through clear documentation of functionality (flowcharts, layouts, etc.) and addressing every use-case through creative solutions
6. Adapting structured coding styles for easy review, testing, and maintainability of the code
7. Verifying user feedback in making system more stable and easier
8. Preparing technical training documents

Added requirements

1. Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science/ Engineering

2. Solid understanding of core Blockchain concepts - consensus, proof of work vs proof of stake, permissioned vs permissionless, mining vs staking

3. Prior experience/ academic project work with at least one of the following - Hyperledger, Multichain, Corda

4. Ability to write smart contracts with Kotlin/ Java and/or Golang

5. Desirable: Web Development Skills: Node.js (Backend) and React/Angular (Frontend)
