Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing customer interactions across email, social media, and other communication channels
2. Responding promptly to customer queries and resolving complaints with professionalism
3. Assisting in creating FAQs and maintaining customer support documentation
4. Tracking customer feedback and sharing insights with the marketing and product teams
5. Ensuring a positive customer experience by providing personalized solutions
6. Monitoring and reporting on customer satisfaction metrics and suggesting improvements
