The company is seeking a motivated business analyst intern who is ready to apply knowledge of business practices and processes in a fast-paced, real-world environment. The intern will assist in writing reports, conducting research, analyzing data, writing workflows, user stories, and algorithms, and making recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency. This will be a valuable experience for any student pursuing a career as a business analyst.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs
2. Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement
3. Perform research and analysis in support of operations
4. Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
5. Estimate costs and benefits of multiple actions and/or solutions and provide recommendations
6. Help launch new initiatives
7. Perform additional projects upon request
Requirements:
1. Business administration or related major
2. Experience with Microsoft Office
3. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
4. Good written and verbal communication skills
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
