About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Analyse existing business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, assess business needs, and develop transformational strategies
3. Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights for process optimization
4. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through presentations and reports to stakeholders at various levels
5. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during the transformation process
6. Actively participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to support change management initiatives
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to business transformation and process improvement
