About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and document the business/product requirements and communicate to the technical team
2. Develop requirements specifications such as business requirements document, process flows, and templates
3. Interact with business users in order to understand their problems and needs
4. Document and analyze the business needs and requirements
5. Research and identify leading practices
6. Propose solutions to enhance employee experience, engagement, and communication for our clients
7. Work continuously to enhance the user experience
8. Evaluate clients and user feedback to develop quality improvement processes and streamline the existing processes
9. Develop requirements specifications such as business requirements document, process flows and templates
10. Test the final product delivered to the stakeholders as per the documentation done
