As a 'business analyst', you will act as the vital link between our clients' needs and the technical solutions we deliver. You'll work closely with stakeholders and development teams to analyze requirements, streamline processes, and translate business challenges into actionable insights. This role demands strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
2. Analyze existing processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
3. Convert business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for developers.
4. Create detailed artifacts, including use cases, process flows, and requirement documentation.
5. Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals.
6. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate deliverables against expectations.
7. Monitor project progress, address roadblocks, and escalate risks when necessary.
8. Present findings and recommendations through reports and presentations.
Qualifications & skills:
1. 1-2 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and requirements analysis.
3. Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Excel, Visio, JIRA, or similar platforms.
4. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
5. Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
6. Analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Preferred skills:
1. Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools.
2. Exposure to domain-specific systems such as CRM or ERP.
3. Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CCBA, CBAP) are a plus.
