4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Should be a graduate/postgraduate in finance having a minimum GPA of 4 or 70%
2. Should know equity, derivatives, or depository operations
3. Should know trade lifecycle
4. Should have excellent documentation skills for business requirement specification, wireframes, and user manuals documentation
5. Should have exposure in MS-Vision and use case diagrams
6. Should have knowledge & understanding of manual testing
7. Should be proactive in risk identification and mitigation
8. Should have strong verbal and written communication
9. Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
10. Knowledge of databases like MS SQL and running of basic queries preferred
11. NISM certifications in financial markets or capital/derivative modules preferred
