About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirements
2. Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients
3. Work on sending out details of new properties on the market to people in your database
4. Work actively on the scheduled appointments and show buyers around the property
5. Work on providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
6. Handle weekend site visits & customer interaction
7. Work on determining clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
8. Handle intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters ensuring a fair and honest dealing
9. Generate leads through canopy activities and other promotional activities
10. Work on cultivating excellent knowledge about real estate markets and best practices
