1. Should have a degree of MBA/PGDM/B.Com graduate from recognized institutes
2. 0-1 year of business to consumer (B2C) sales experience is preferable (experience in sectors like education, telesales, telecalls, insurance, banking, medical equipment sales, credit card sales, NGO fundraising, automobile sales, and application sales)
3. Should be aware of the subjects taught across Odisha boards
4. Should have the knowledge and understanding of the challenges students face in schools/coaching classes
