About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling regular communications with customers
2. Assisting customers with information through calls and emails
3. Converting potential leads to paying customers
4. Collecting customer feedback about services
5. Resolving issues and correcting process errors
6. Working with operations & admin team members to formulate guidelines for customer communication
