About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting outbound calls and following up with leads via email, WhatsApp, and phone to support sales efforts and nurture relationships
2. Assisting in managing sales processes to acquire new clients and ensure client satisfaction
3. Researching and analyzing market opportunities to identify potential leads and contributing to new customer acquisition strategies
4. Supporting in formulating and executing comprehensive marketing plans, including advertising strategies and campaign organization
5. Creating and editing marketing content for online and print campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engage B2B audiences
6. Coordinating industry events and participating in conferences and exhibitions to bolster brand presence and network with potential clients
7. Assisting in conducting market research using surveys, focus groups, and data analysis to gain insights into market trends
8. Monitoring SEO performance and web traffic to evaluate and optimize campaign effectiveness aligned with business objectives

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field (masters preferred)

2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

3. Proficiency in CRM software, marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software

4. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas

5. Excellent writing and editing abilities, with attention to detail

6. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

7. Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions

8. Knowledge of SEO best practices, digital marketing strategies, and event planning is a plus

9. Experience with sales, lead generation, or marketing roles is advantageous
