Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle end-to-end execution of iB Cricket events & activities to increase brand awareness, generate leads & other business metrics
2. Provide a fantastic and seamless experience for all participants in iB Cricket. Keep them engaged throughout the event. Ensure high participation and engagement at the events
3. Provide accurate and complete information about the company, products, pricing, and league to generate leads for iB Cricket products
4. Follow all the standard operating procedures (SOPs) that include generating leads, sharing suggestions with the central team, generating content for social media, maintaining the leads database, troubleshooting issues, submitting event reports, etc.
5. Flexible to take redefined roles and responsibilities as necessary to support the overall success and the strategies of the company

What are we looking for?

1. An individual with excellent communication skills in English & Hindi/Marathi/Kannada, interpersonal abilities, & presentation skills
2. Reliable and trustworthy individual who can easily build rapport
3. Growth mindset with an appetite to learn quickly

Languages Known:

1. Native speaker of Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil
2. Good Proficiency in English is expected

Internship duration: 3 - 4 months
PPO: Based on the performance during the internship

Training & Working Days:

1. Work location will be allotted in one of the cities (Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Kolkata, Lucknow)
2. Should be flexible to travel within a city and to other cities based on requirement
3. 6-Day Week
4. Week-off will be on weekdays

Note: Along with stipend candidates will receive experience letters and internship certificates.
