About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the client's requirements
2. Coordinating & communicating with the client & technical team
3. Communicating with international clients
4. Working on lead generation and client retention
5. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
6. Working in accordance with deadlines and achieving targets
7. Maintaining active engagement with new and existing leads through creative followed-up communications designed to increase customer interest
8. Identifying new opportunities for growth within the existing clients by suggesting suitable services
9. Familiarizing and promoting the company s services to the existing and new clients
10. Crafting business proposals and presenting to the new & existing clients

1. Experience in lead generation for IT services

2. Basic knowledge of mobile and web technology

3. Good at understanding clients' objectives

4. Working knowledge of Upwork and LinkedIn

5. Good analytical and communication (verbal and written) skills

6. Proficiency in English is a must

7. A motivated self-driven, quick learner and work enthusiastic
