1. Handle the end-to-end execution of iB Cricket events to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and other business metrics
2. Identify and schedule events at the best suitable venues (corporates, colleges, cafes, etc.)
3. Provide a fantastic and seamless experience for all participants in iB Cricket
4. Follow all the standard operating procedures (SOPs) that include generating leads, sharing suggestions with the central team, generating content for social media, maintaining the leads database, troubleshooting issues, submitting event reports, etc.
5. Take responsibility for the entire sales closing life cycle of iB Cricket products and achieve targets (phone/video calls, product demonstration, pitch, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management fall under this category)
6. Work on activities required to achieve the assigned targets (daily, weekly, and monthly)
Skills & Requirements:
1. Proficiency in English and Kannada
2. Flexible to take redefined roles and responsibilities as necessary to support the overall success and the strategies of the company
