Business Development (Real Estate) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on providing guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
2. Work on determining clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
3. Work on the intermediate negotiation processes and consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal
4. Work on maintaining and updating listings of available properties
5. Work on assisting with corporate accounts
6. Work on assisting in business development
7. Work on participating in the mortgage loan process, including credit ratings; underwriting verifications
8. Prepare portfolios (property briefs) of prospective properties to be provided to a sales agent
9. Work on assisting in the sale of the old properties
10. Work on assisting in buying the new properties
11. Work on assisting in the sale of pre-leased commercial properties
12. Work on processing loans (all types of loans) and financial paperwork involved in a real estate transaction
13. Work on attending appraisals
14. Work on updating and maintaining the CRM
15. Work with a real estate broker to find properties that suit the client's needs
