Business Development (Sales) Internship

As Reelo experiences hyper-growth, it is important for us to maintain focus on our fundamentals. Our client relationship team focuses on training, re-engaging and retaining clients (we are a loyalty company after all), and consequently, it is imperative that we maintain a high save rate! Our Client Relationship Manager is the best way to keep our network growing and our client base healthy. As a Client Success Manager, you will play a key role in communicating with clients to resolve their concerns and queries and help them understand the value of the product, and also help them use the product seamlessly.

Here s what you ll do every day:

Onboard a client with setup and training of the staff so that they understand the features use the system efficiently on the floor.

Manage relationship with clients and communicate with them on phone and meet them to resolve their concerns and queries.

Identify problems and suggest viable solutions or ideas with clients to make them use the product to its full extent.

Go the extra mile to delight clients and facilitate future sales.

Re-onboard and manage saved clients until they are successfully re-engaged with our program

Ability to think outside the box to improve processes and create additional value
