Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist clients in finding their way around the office
2. Perform ad-hoc administrative duties
3. Provide excellent customer service and followup with customers
4. Enter and update customer information in the database
5. Handle customers basic queries at the front desk
6. Contact new and existing customers to inform them about product and services (using on rotating basis script)
7. Answer questions about the products/programs/services of the company
8. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales (over the phone)
9. Maintain good customer relationship
10. Deal with complaints and doubts
