About the internship
We need self-starters who are passionate about building relationships with businesses and helping them grow through our loyalty solutions. You'll be on the frontlines of our expansion efforts, introducing Fanpit to new markets and establishing our presence in Bangalore.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead generation: Identify and research potential business clients across Bangalore, focusing on F&B, retail, and service sectors. Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
2. Outreach & follow-ups: Initiate contact with decision-makers through calls, emails, and in-person visits. Conduct persistent and strategic follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel.
3. Pitching: Craft compelling pitches tailored to each business's specific needs, highlighting how Fanpit's 5-minute loyalty deployment can solve their customer retention challenges.
4. Product demonstrations: Conduct live demonstrations showing how easily businesses can set up and manage their loyalty programs through Fanpit, emphasizing our intuitive interface and powerful analytics.
5. Relationship building: Nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their pain points and addressing concerns throughout the sales process.
6. Closing deals: Guide prospects through the decision-making process to successful conversion, helping them select the right subscription tier and onboarding them to the platform.
7. Market feedback: Gather insights from the field to help refine our product and approach for the Bangalore market.
